Austin Family Vacation

Laurelea going through security at BWI
We traveled to Austin TX this last week to spend time with family. We've been planning this trip for 2 years with my Mom, Dad, Karli, Jason and Uncle Marty. We selected Austin as it was somewhere all of my family had never been, the weather would be nice and warm and we could also visit with Cory's family. We had an incredible trip. Here are some of my favorite shots from the first couple of days. More to come...

The TX Capital

Walking down 6th St.

Auntie Karli and Uncle Jason taught me how to clap my hands! What fun!

Taxi's are not needed. Karli, Jason, Mom, Dad, Marty and 5 suit cases all fit in the car. Yep Karli is on Jason's lap. We are all about safety in our family.

clapping my hands is the best thing ever

Dad chilling on the grass in front of the capital

We went for a walk along the river.

L had so much help and managed to befriend everyone so that they would walk with her.

Uncle Marty while squished in the back with all the suit cases still was in pursuit of the perfect cash

L slept a lot on Sunday. At the park we realized that she was running a fever...

She ran a 103.9 temp on Sunday and it was off to the emergency room. Double ear infection the verdict and a very sick and lifeless baby. Thankfully, the Motrin did it's trick and she started to feel better. This picture was taken after she had the drugs as it was a pretty scary time for us beforehand.
