Last week was an eventful week for Will. On Tuesday we had him circumcised. It was more stressful then I thought it was going to be. I guess I really didn't know what to expect? We were under the impression that it was something that would be done at the hospital, but the practice that I delivered with needed him to be cleared by the pediatrician and then we could do it at an outpatient clinic. It was particularity tough as we had just gotten into a little bit of a routine for our nights and that was disrupted...We also had to go back to the pediatrician and check on Will's weight. For the first few weeks after he was home, he was not gaining much weight. This last week he gained over a pound, so when it was weighed on this 3rd week birthday he weighed 8 pounds 12 ounces! We were all pretty excited to see this change and his progress. Will is also becoming more alert and looking around. He also is quite the talker. He really does grunt a lot and knows how to communicate when he is hungry.
It's been so nice having Vicki here to help with the kids the last few weeks....
Here are a few pictures
