Bubba Boy

In early December we finally got an apt with Scottish Rite to see what was going on with Will. He's had a significant limp since July. We saw a pediatric orthopedist and he diagnosed Will with Perthes Disease- it's a rare condition that is caused by a blood blockage in his leg- this cuts off the development of the top of his hip bone. So far, he has been doing great. He still has great mobility. The long term prognosis is great as they diagnosed him so young- possible events in our future may include a body cast or wheel chair. For now we are limiting his overall mobility-
