The Elf on the Shelf (Helena this year) came back to our house on the 1st of December. She leaves a little something in Laurelea's advent stockings each morning for her (and Will of course). L is a little suspect of the Elf and I kind of don't blame her. She has been asking tons of questions about her, how she flies, communicates with Santa, etc.We feel like we need a manual on Elf protocol so that we can keep this straight. The good thing about the Elf is that she is always watching and that seems to curve bad behavior right now.. So we are loving and hating the Elf right now, as parents :)
She was frightened or put off by the elf who was in front of the gingerbread house looking at her.
