This is horrible, but one of my favorite moments of the day is when you first wake Laurelea from a nap. She loves to stretch it out and is so happy to be awake. We caught both of these moments today on video as well as some Stevie Wonder head rocking times as she was sporting her shades from Grammy.
We also hit another milestone today and Laurelea took her first nap in her crib. She was pretty apprehensive at first, but after several songs, and my constant attention by placing my hand on her belly she eventually went out.
She also slept through an entire meal out last night. We hit up Hanks, a local pub. I even had a half a glass of wine (Riesling from Washington, of course).
