Portland Bound

On Wednesday evening we headed to Portland for a fancy dinner out. We made a reservation at Fore Street a few weeks before we arrived to ensure that we got a table. It was our big spurge of the week and oh so worth it.

On Monday we headed into Freeport, which is the headquarters of L.L. Bean. Then on Tuesday, we ventured into downtown Bath. We had a nice low key couple of days hanging at the house.

Lobster Dinner

We met some neighbors on Saturday and they offered to bring over some fresh lobster. We took them up on their offer and had the best dinner of my life. We saw them that morning picking up the traps and getting our dinner. We had 10 lobsters for 7 adults. We were all baffled that they were only 5 dollars as piece!
