On Veteran's Day we headed to Calvert Cliffs State Park. We went here several years ago with Laurelea. You hike into the park and the kids were anxious to get there. They both loved digging in the dirt! Laurelea even found a few fossils!

Seattle
We headed to Seattle the first week in November. My grandmother passed away and so Laurelea and I went out for her service. It was a good week overall celebrating her and her life. The best part was that Talan and Laurelea got to spend some quality time together and selfishly Karli and I too got some time too. Here are some of the highlights from the week:
In route to SEA
On Sunday we went to giggles and play center- there were balls everywhere!
and large machines that shot the balls
some relaxing time was had
L went to soccer class with Talan
After the service, my Mom and Dad took Laurelea and Talan to Cousin Camp! Cousin Camp is where you go to Nana and Papa's without parents. They had a blast!
cooking with Nana
coloring without shirts!
headed to the park
cousin camp can tucker you out!
On Friday night we headed to a formal awards ceremony for Jason's work in down town Bellevue.

Halloween!
We had a super fun Halloween in the hood! We celebrated with friends at a local park and then hit the houses on the way home. Will and I scooted home early and Laurelea and Cory stayed out with the "big kids". She had such a blast!!!
My mom made Laurelea's pirate outfit! She loved it and was so thrilled to get to wear it. Going with the theme she decided that Will needed to be her parrot :)

She was adament that he needed to ride on her shoulders- we accomplished this for a second :)

So behind and Iceland
This is the crazy-I'm so behind in life post. These pictures were taken several weeks back. I've also included a few of my favorite moments from Iceland. I traveled there with Lonna, Nicole and Ann. It was an incredible trip (cold, but so worth it). I'm hooked on Iceland and recommend it to anyone interested in a fun getaway!
