Photo Dump...

We had so many camera's going the last week or so that I didn't take many pictures with my camera. I did however manage to get a few shots that were not captured (shockingly) by other cameras :)

All the provisions needed for fishing

heading out to do some fishing
L loves to pet the fish before we toss them back in

Nana and L hanging down watching the guys fish

The walk back from a tubing run

L got some pretty cool new gems from Nana and Papa

 Worms are so cool

Night Away

Cory and I went out to the farmhouse to celebrate our anniversary. Nana and Papa took care of L while we were out. Here are some pictures of their adventures while we were away...
they talked to Blue

played at the park

read lots of books
Nana tutored Jackie last year so we had a little celebration for her for getting on the honor roll this last semester...

Harrison Turns 2

checking in
We went to Harrison's 2nd birthday party. They had it at the Adelphi pool. It was a blast!

They have this great 1 ft pool where the kids spent most of their time.
We also went into the big pool where L jumped off the ledge for the first time.

she wanted her Daddy extra close

Then it was cup cake time! This was the cupcake that kept on giving :)

Tubing!!!!!

We love our time on the river and find a lot of peace floating down stream. We generally try to do one float a day when we are out at the farmhouse. Papa was super smart and brought a plastic bag with his camera so we could have a few pictures on the river.
We get in right in front of our property, which can be a little tricky

me and L- as you can see she wears a life jacket
 And we are off!

Nana and Papa

Nana and Papa have been here for the last few weeks. We've been up to so much fun that I've neglected the blog. Right after they arrived we took them away to the farmhouse. They were such a huge help to us out there. We spent the 4th out there and Nana and Papa made our 4th anniversary so special...Here are some of the highlights...

L got the most amazing tire swing for the FH. She loves it  and Cory and Papa found the perfect spot for it

4th of July celebration!

Probably our favorite thing to do is tube at the farmhouse. Here is a picture of Cory, L and Papa walking back. It generally takes about 45 min to float down and another 1/2 hour to walk back. L absolutely loves it... Another post on just tubing is coming!
We planted some herbs while we were there.
 Swinging!
Nana might kill me for posting this one, but it is so cute of both of them :)
We went to Berkeley Springs one morning... L and Papa checked out the natural springs

L took a dip in G Washington's bath tub

We went over to Cacapon National Park and drove up to the top of the mt. It was a pretty incredible view

This is big----

Laurelea is potty training. We attribute a lot of her success and progress to Grammy. Having her here was such a big help, giving L more encouragement and support. She still has a few accidents here and there but at home and at day care she is using the potty for both deeds. She still wears a pull up at night and at nap time. She just looks so much older without that big bulky diaper. What we see as real signs of success is that she has used public potties and even will go in and use the bathroom when she needs to without any prompting. We are so proud of her and so is the day care as they highlighted her in their monthly newsletter...

Adelphi Pool

This last weekend was the guys trip to demo the farmhouse. So us ladies headed to the Adelphi pool! Harrison and his family have a membership. They have the perfect size 1 ft pool, with play toys and it was gated. The kids loved playing together and we scored this great shaded spot. Thank goodness for Grammy. She saved the day. It was so helpful to have an extra set of eyes and hands around the pool with all the kiddos.

this is how L swims :)
